1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lavuna Spa Dubai website (lavunaspadubai.com) or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Lavuna Spa Dubai provides luxury spa and wellness treatments including massage therapy, Moroccan Bath, facial treatments, body treatments, and couple packages at two locations in Dubai:

  • Lavuna Spa JVC — Inside He Hotel, Jumeirah Village Circle
  • Lavuna Spa Tecom — Inside Signature 1 Hotel, Barsha Heights

Both locations are open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

3. Bookings & Reservations

  • Appointments can be made via WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, or the website contact form.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon acknowledgement from our team via message or call.
  • Walk-in guests are welcome, subject to therapist availability.
  • We recommend booking 2–4 hours in advance for preferred time slots, especially for couple treatments.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We request at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you as early as possible.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment is collected at the spa after your treatment is completed.
  • We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and bank transfers.

6. Health & Safety

  • Guests are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications before their treatment.
  • Lavuna Spa reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment if it poses a risk to the guest's health or safety.
  • Guests under the influence of alcohol or substances will not be treated.
  • All therapists are professionally certified and trained in hygiene and safety protocols.

7. Code of Conduct

Lavuna Spa is a professional wellness environment. We have a strict policy of respect for all guests and staff. Any form of inappropriate, disrespectful, or unlawful behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Liability

Lavuna Spa Dubai is not liable for:

  • Any personal injury or adverse reaction arising from failure to disclose a medical condition.
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services or website.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Lavuna Spa Dubai and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be published on this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
