How is the voucher delivered?

How long is the voucher valid?

All Lavuna Spa gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please contact us if you need an extension — we are always happy to help.

Can the voucher be used at both branches?

Yes. Vouchers are redeemable at both Lavuna Spa JVC (He Hotel, Jumeirah Village Circle) and Lavuna Spa Tecom (Signature 1 Hotel, Barsha Heights).

Can the recipient choose any treatment?

Absolutely. The voucher value can be applied to any treatment or combination of treatments. The recipient simply contacts us when ready to book.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfer. Payment is made in-branch at the time of treatment.

Can I get a refund on the voucher?

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but are fully transferable. If plans change, the voucher can be passed on to another person at any time.
